ICAI has issued the CA Intermediate syllabus for Nov 2019 exam and students can download it in the PDF format through the ICAI website.
This year ICAI has made many changes in CA Inter exam syllabus like the exclusion of section 24, 30, 33, 38, & 41 from Prospectus and Allotment of securities topic, exclusion of section 81 & 85 from Registration of charges topic, etc.
In this article, we will tell you how to download the ICAI CA Intermediate syllabus for Nov 2019 exam, and updations or changes made by the ICAI in the syllabus.
ICAI revised the old scheme and from 30th June 2017 admission under the old scheme has been discontinued, so now students can only register themselves for the CA Intermediate course.

Changes Made by the ICAI in CA Intermediate Syllabus 2019
Paper 2: Corporate and Other Laws Syllabus
Following sections in the Companies Act, 2013 excluded from certain topics of the CA Intermediate syllabus

Paper 6: Auditing and Assurance Syllabus
- Section 143(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 has been excluded from Statement on Reporting under Section 227(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956

- Visit ICAI website – icai.org
- Now click BOS knowledge portal
- After this, a new page will be open on your screen where need to click on “Intermediate”
- Now select a subject for which you want to download the syllabus and then click on Syllabus
- After this, a PDF file of the CA Intermediate exam syllabus will be open on the screen and you can download it in PDF format for free.
