As a result, Gold Star Chili isn’t as sweet as other Cincinnati chili joints, owing to the fact that it doesn’t utilize nearly as much chocolate or cinnamon. Instead, the chili in this dish is flavorful and acidic, with a hint of warmth from a spice or two.
Blue Ash Chili
